With plans to invest $5 billion in India, Amazon announced its regional launch of data centres in Mumbai at the recent AWS Summit. The regional centre, which was inaugurated at the Summit by Devendra Fadnavis, Chief Minister of Maharashtra, is the sixth AWS region in Asia Pacific (APAC), and the 13th worldwide.

The 2nd Annual AWS (Amazon web Services) Partner Summit was held in Delhi on 29th June, which recognized their key partners in cloud consulting and technology implementation of cloud-based products. As a part of their efforts to recognize innovative SaaS-based solutions within their APN (Amazon Partner Network), AWS named Vinculum Solutions as the Regional Technology Partner for the year 2015-16.
